Residential estates and developers
Resident associations, property managers and developers order Christmas decorations for housing estates: the communal square, the paths between blocks, the lamps along the footways and the building entrances. The scale is chosen for a space residents pass every day, not one they visit once a season.
We build the lighting of an estate on what is already there. Pole decorations are fitted to the estate lamps, so the motif appears along the paths without any new structure being erected. Above a building entrance we use cable and façade decorations, or the same pole motif in its wall-mounted version.
On the square between the blocks the tree is usually the main element — its height is chosen for the distance residents look at it from, and here that is a few steps rather than the far side of a market square. Around it we set smaller three-dimensional forms, and at the site entrance an illuminated arch, visible from the pavement as well.
Between seasons the decorations can stay with us: the storage charge is based on the floor area they take up, and before the next installation every element is inspected and any repairs needed are reported. Where there is no storage space of your own, rental comes into play — maintenance is then ours, and after the season the decoration returns to our warehouse.

Frequently asked questions
What is left on the lamp post after the decoration comes down?
After removal, only the socket may stay on the post. The bracket comes off with the decoration, being part of it, and so do the steel bands and clamps. Who fits the socket itself — us or the site manager — is agreed for each individual order.
Will a decoration overwhelm a small courtyard?
The scale follows the place: the height of the structure and the number of elements are set so that the square does not feel cramped. In a small courtyard one clear main element with a few accents around it gives a better result than several large forms placed close together.
Who handles unloading and connecting the decoration to power?
When transport and installation are in one order, unloading is done by our crew; for transport alone it falls to the client. Connecting the decoration to the power supply is part of the installation work.
Can a different decoration go up the following season?
With rental, yes. The following season the client can pick a different pattern, because a rented decoration does not tie them to one form for years. The same structure can also be bought at the end of the rental period and kept.
What happens if a decoration stops lighting mid-season?
Minor faults are put right on site where their extent allows. For a more serious repair we take the decoration back to the workshop, since the fitters do not carry a full stock of parts and materials. The scope of service during the display is set out in the contract.
