Installation and removal
We install and remove festive illuminations across Poland, Czechia and Slovakia, with qualified crews.
Introduction
Who carries out the installation, and where
We install festive illuminations on lighting columns, façades, structures spanning pedestrian routes and open ground, and remove them once the season ends. The service can be booked together with decorations from our range or on its own.
We have our own core installation team. At peak season we run three teams: one in-house team with a great deal of experience, plus two from long-standing subcontractors who are also highly experienced in illumination work. Under normal workloads our own teams carry out the installations, and each team can handle any type of work. All teams hold SEP qualifications (Polish electrical qualifications), are trained to work at height and are qualified to operate mobile elevating work platforms; access equipment is hired locally to suit the site and the scope of each project. The company carries public liability insurance.
We work throughout Poland, and we also cover Czechia and Slovakia — from Bielsko-Biała, many sites in those countries are closer than much of Poland itself. In Belgium we work with a local partner.
The season follows a set pattern. In shopping centres, installation usually begins in October; for local authorities, most work starts in November; and December is our busiest month. We remove the decorations once the display period has ended.

Enquiry, scope and timing
This is where we agree the dates and who provides the power supply point on the lamp post. We go through the location, the number and type of decorations, and the planned display period. Standard orders should reach us by mid-November at the latest, and larger projects are worth raising as early as the summer — beyond that, it depends on the scale of the project and how full our production schedule is.

Approvals before work begins on site
Permission to occupy the highway is normally obtained by the client, who also usually deals with the road or street lighting authority — a local body or office based in the area tends to get a faster response on local matters, though we can take this on if needed. We handle the works schedule, hire the access equipment for work at height and fit around the hours when the site is available.

Installation, connection and sign-off
We fit the decorations to the agreed layout and connect them to the power supply. Where agreed, we also install the power connection point that stays on the lamp post; on other projects the client prepares this. In shopping centres and other commercial properties that remain open to the public, we work outside opening hours, including overnight. We test every decoration before we leave the site, and the work is completed with a signed installation report. On a large project this can take several days.

End-of-season removal
We remove decorations mainly in January, occasionally in February. Each decoration comes down together with its steel bands and clamps; on pole decorations the mounting bracket stays with the decoration rather than on the pole, and only the power connection may be left on the lamp post. We label every item and protect it for transport, inspection or storage. The structures are built to be installed and removed again over many seasons.
Who we work for
Who orders our installation work
Our installation and removal services are used by customers who buy their decorations from us, and by those who already have their own decorations and need a qualified, properly equipped team for the season. Typically these are local authorities decorating streets, squares and parks, shopping centre managers scheduling work outside opening hours, developers and residential estate managers, and institutions responsible for the site where a decoration will stand. We tender for public contracts in our own right and prepare the required documentation ourselves.
