Between seasons we keep decorations from our own production in a dry warehouse, with the charge based on the floor space they occupy.
Introduction
Where your decorations are stored after the season
After removal, the decorations return to storage space we rent and stay there until the next season. The service covers decorations that have been purchased and made in our own workshop, and it forms part of a longer-term working relationship; rented decorations stay with us under the terms of the rental agreement.
The warehouse is dry, unheated and closed to anyone from outside. The lack of heating is not a drawback: these decorations are built for outdoor use, and during the coldest weeks of the season most of them are already installed on site rather than standing with us. A heated building would solve a problem that structures like these do not have.
We charge for the space the decorations take up in a given season. There is no fixed capacity limit — as the number of items grows, we rent additional space. Stored decorations are insured, and we provide an inventory of items where the contract requires it.
A pre-season inspection is included in the storage price — checking the condition of the decorations and reporting any repairs needed costs nothing extra. It also shows where damage came from: whether it happened during our removal or transport, whether it is normal wear, or whether it was already there when the decorations came off display. That determines who pays for the repair: we cover damage caused on our side, while other repairs and restoration are a separate service.

Agreement before removal
Before the decorations come down, we agree which items will stay with us and how much space they will need. That determines the storage charge for the season.

Arrival at the warehouse
Once taken down, the decorations are moved into storage next to our production hall and stay there until the following season.

Inspection and dispatch
Before the next season we inspect the stored decorations and tell you what repairs are needed. Once the set is complete, it goes back out for installation.
Who we work for
When there is nowhere to keep the decorations out of season
Storage is for clients who own a set of decorations we have made, want to use it season after season and have nowhere to keep it once the season ends. The size of the set determines how much space it takes up, and the space taken up is what we charge for. Where a set grows from one season to the next, we adjust the space to the current number of pieces. The decorations come back to us straight from the display, so their condition is known before the next installation.
