Why we can quote a price upfront
This group brings together designs that are not in the main catalogue — simple or restrained enough in form to sit at a low price. With designs like these, nothing has to be agreed in advance before we can give a figure: the scope of work is predictable, and so is the price.
Our other ranges work differently. There, a design is often adapted to suit the site, and every change alters the scope of work, so we quote each order separately. That step doesn’t apply here, so the price is known in advance.
A simpler design, made in the same way
The lower price comes down to the design, not to any change in how the pieces are made. Items in this group come off the same production lines as the rest of our range — made in-house, from the same materials. The difference is in the drawing: less detail, a smaller structure, a simpler pattern.
The group sometimes includes larger three-dimensional figures that we already hold in stock. These are the exception rather than the rule, so it is worth asking about a particular item.
Who it suits
This is a good place to start for anyone planning a first illumination scheme or putting a season together on a tight budget: the costs are clear before any conversation begins. Frequently asked questions
Are the prices shown inclusive of VAT?
Gross. All prices in this group already include VAT, and the price shown against an item applies indefinitely.
What does the price shown with a decoration include?
Just the decoration itself. Transport and installation are charged separately and are not included in this price. If you would like them included, we will quote for them separately and show them in the same proposal, alongside the price for the item itself.
Which decorations end up in this category?
The deciding factor is a price threshold, calculated on gross amounts: up to 1,100 PLN for pole decorations and up to 3,150 PLN for cable and façade decorations. A design that falls within these limits can join the group; a more expensive one cannot.
Does choosing a different design change the price shown?
Yes. Different dimensions or an added logo mean we quote the item individually, so the Special Price no longer applies. The price shown covers the version listed with the item; any change is agreed separately, price included.
Do the decorations need to be switched on manually?
No — they do not need to be switched on manually. On request, we fit a timer switch that turns the illuminations on and off at set times. Simply mention this in your enquiry, ideally with the hours during which the decorations should be lit.
How are the decorations built to withstand outdoor conditions?
The structures are built for outdoor use and designed to last for many seasons. On large batch orders, structural calculations for an individual item are carried out by an external engineering consultancy.
What happens if a decoration stops working during the season?
Our maintenance team takes the fault on: minor repairs are carried out on site, while larger faults mean the decoration comes back to our workshop. With your report, please include a photo of the damage or the symptom, the name and code of the decoration, and a short description — whether it does not light up at all, lights up only partially, or works erratically. Give us the location as well if we are to collect the decoration from the installation site.
